Mr. Edelman reported that plans should be ready to go to the State Health Department in about two (2) weeks and after approval, a work date can be set on the Elm Creek Sewer Project. Mr. VanDall said he was having some difficulty with easements. He had received approval from the Authority at the last meeting for an easement between the Ladds and OPWA for a consideration of $1,000.00. Due to some misunderstanding, Mr. Ladd was not agreeable to this amount and asked for $2,600.00. Mr. VanDall recommended that the consideration be $1,600.00 if this meets with the Ladds approval. If the Ladds agree to this, the Authority will be polled by telephone for their approval. Approval was given for a sewer easement from John and Rosa Komma for $650.00 on a motion from Mr. Ball and a second by Mr. Myers. The vote was as follows: Ayes% Ross, Myers, Ball. Dr. Jarman, superintendent of Owasso Public Schools, Mr. Johnson, Assistant Superintendent, and several school board members were present to discuss sewer and water services for the new high school. It was fairly certain that the OPWA could not afford to install water and sewer lines to the new school. Further study is to be made on this project. Mr. Ball moved and Mr. Myers seconded the motion to approve the Claims as presented. Ayes: Ross, Myers, Ball. At 9:36 p.m., Mr. Myers moved and Mr. Ball seconded to adjourn. Ayes: Ross, Myers, Ball.
