Present: Jerrald Holt Chairman Bill Parese City Manager Bill Williams Vice -Chairman C.F. DeLaFleur City Attorney Boyd Spencer Trustee Marcia G . Riggs City Clerk V.D. Duncan Trustee Delano Lang OPWA Director Carroll Joplin Trustee Charles Sallee Bud's Trash Service On a motion by Mr. Duncan and a second by Mr. Williams, the minutes of the May 4th meeting were approved. Ayes: Holt, Williams, Spencer, Duncan, Jcpl i n . Only one bid was received for Refuse Service pickup, this being from Charles Sallee, owner of Bud's Trash Service. His bid was as follows: $3.40 per single family resi- dence; commercial rates to be set by Mr. Sallee; 250/, to the OPWA for billing and collecting. On a motion by Mr. Duncan and a second by Mr. Williams, the bid from Bud's Trash Service was accepted. Ayes: Holt, Williams, Spencer, Duncan, Joplin. The approval of Construction permits for Ator IV, Elm Creek and Three Lakes was deferred until a later date. Chairman Holt read a Resolution proclaiming the week of May 24th thru May 28th as National Public Works Week. On a motion by Mr. Williams and a second by Mr. Spencer, this was approved. Ayes: Holt, Williams, Spencer, Duncan, Joplin. On a motion by Mr. Williams and a second by Mr. Spencer, the claims were approved as presented. Ayes: Holt, Williams, Spencer, Duncan, Joplin.
