Present: Jerrald Holt Chairman Marcia Riggs City Clerk Bill Williams Vice —Chair. L.D. Lang OPWA Director Boyd Spencer Trustee C.F. DeLaFleur City Attorney Carroll Joplin Trustee Judge Pickerill V.D. Duncan Trustee Bill Parese City Mgr. On a motion by Mr. Duncan and a second by Mr. Williams the minutes of the April 6 meeting were approved. Ayes: Holt, Williams, Spencer, Duncan, Joplin. Chairman Holt stated a date needed to be set up for a Public meeting on the proposed Rate Increase. Mr. Spencer made a motion that any action be de— ferred for six weeks so he could do some more studying on the rate increase. Mr. Duncan seconded. Ayes: Holt, Williams, Spencer, Duncan, Joplin. At 7:33 P.M., Chairman Holt recessed the O.P.W.A. meeting. The Owasso Public Works Authority reconvened at 9:16 P.M. Judge Pickerill administered the Oaths of Office to Mr. Williams and Mr. Joplin. The Acceptance of Trust Oaths were also administered to Mr. Williams and Mr. Joplin by Judge Pickerill. Mr. Spencer moved and Mr. Joplin seconded for the Chairman and Vice —Chairman to be the same as the Mayor and Vice —Mayor. Ayes: Holt, Williams, Joplin, Spencer, Duncan. Mr. Duncan moved and Mr. Williams seconded to authorize signatures of the Chairman and Vice —Chairman to sign warrants. The Certificate of Trustees was excuted by Chairman Holt. On a motion by Mr. Spencer and a second by Mr. Williams the clains were approved as presented. Ayes: Holt, Williams, Joplin, Spencer, Duncan. Mr. Parese stated a report on the Elm Creek Lift Station would be sent to the Authority members. At 9:18 P.M., Mr. Duncan moved and Mr. Williams seconded to adjourn.
