The Owasso Public Works Authority met in regular session, Tuesday evening,
January 6th at 8:46 p.m.

On a motion by Mr. Williams and a second by Mr. Spencer, the minutes of the
December 2nd meeting were approved. Ayes: Holt, Williams, Spencer.
On a motion by Mr. Spencer and a second by Mr. Williams, the Claims were
approved as presented. Ayes: Holt, Williams, Spencer.
Mr. Edleman, City Engineer, gave a report to the Authority on the Elm Creek
Wastewater Facilities. He stated that McGuire Brothers (Sec. III) and Williams
Construction Co. (Sec. II) had each requested a 30 day extension to compensate
for bad weather. Mr. Edleman recommended the Council give these extensions,
moving the completion dates to January 20, 1976. In as much as Mr. Williams
must abstain from voting, there could not be a quorum, so no action was taken
at this time.
Being no further business, at 8:52 p.m., Mr. Spencer moved to adjourn. Mr.
Williams seconded. Ayes: Holt, Williams, Spencer.
