The Owasso Public Works Authority met in regular session Tuesday evening, April
5th at 9:16 P.M.

On a motion by Mr.
Williams and a
second by Mr. Spencer the
minutes of the
March 1st meeting
were approved.
Ayes: Holt, Williams, Spencer, Duncan, Yock.
Mr. Parese informed the Authority members that two bids had been received on
the air -compressor: Mid -Western Engine - $4,922.50 and Ace -Hi - $4,642,00,
He stated Mr. McGill recommended purchasing the one from Mid -Western because
it is made of steel and would require less maintenance. Mr. Williams moved to
approve Mr. McGills' recommendation and Mr. Yock seconded. Ayes: Holt,
Williams, Spencer, Duncan, Yock,
Mr. DeLaFleur presented the Excess Capacity Agreement between the Owasso Public
Works Authority and Three Lakes Addition. He stated the term is for 10 years.
From date executed (April 5, 1977) at 55% payback of collectable monies for a
total allowable cost of $71,771,65,
The agreement as stated above was approved on a motion by Mr. Williams and a
second by Mr. Duncan, Ayes: Holt, Williams, Spencer, Duncan, Yocks

Mr. DeLaFleur stated he had prepared a contractual agreement between the Owasso
Public Works Authority, City of Tulsa, and Rogers County Rural Water District
#39 for installing an Emergency Water Tap for Rogers. County.
The Authority members stated they .felt the agreement should go both ways - that
is; in an emergency the Owasso Public Works Authority could receive water from
Rogers County, also, therefore they postponed any action on the above agreement.
Mr. DeLaFleur stated he would talk with Mr. Ward and Mr. Kimberling and have a
report to the members at the May meeting.
George Strella, with Mansur Daubert & Williams, requested permission to set
up a Micro -Screen System device at the lagoon. He stated there would be no
cost to the Owasso Public Works Authority and there would be no obligation
to purchase the device later. The Authority members gave their approval and
asked that Mr. Strella keep them informed on the results of the experiments.
On a motion by Mr. Williams and a second by Mr. Yock the claims were approved
as presented. Ayes: Holt, Williams, Spencer, Duncan, Yock.
Being no further business, at 9:55 P.M., Mr. Williams moved and Mr. Yock j
seconded to adjourn. Ayes: Holt, Williams, Spencer, Duncan, Yock.
