Home My WebLink About1978.04.18_OPWA MinutesThe governing board of the Owasso Public Works Authority met in regular session Tuesday evening April 18, 1978 immediately following the Owasso City Council meeting, in Council Chambers, City Hall. Present: Bill Williams, Chairman Don Thompson, Member Robbie Fickle, Member Ron Crimes, Member Absent: Boyd Spencer, Member Harold Charney, City Attorney Tom Baines, City Manager Wayne Meyer, City Treasurer Pat Christensen, City Clerk Chairman Williams called the meeting to order at 8:43 P.M., noting that the newly appointed member, Ron Crimes, had executed the Oath of Office and Acceptance of Trust for the O.P.W.A. during the Preceding City Council meeting. The minutes of the March 21 and April 4, 1978 meetings were approved on a motion by Mrs. Fickle, with a second from Mr. Crimes. Ayes - Messrs. Thompson, Crimes, Williams and Mrs. Fickle. Payment of checks per the list submitted, and attached to and made a part of these minutes, were approved by motion of Mr. Crimes, seconded by Mr. Thompson. Ayes - Messrs. Thompson, Crimes, Williams and Mrs. Fickle Chairman Bill Williams adjourned the meeting at 8:46 P.M., when there was no new business to be considered.
