Tuesday evening, March 7, 1978 in Council Chambers; copy of Notice and Agenda
are attached to and made a part of these minutes.
Present:
Bill Williams, Chairman
Boyd Spencer, Trustee
Don Thompson, Trustee
No absentees
Robbie Fickle, Trustee
Pat Christensen, Secretary
Thomas Baines, City Manager
Mrs. Fickle motioned to approve the minutes of the February 21, 1978 meeting with
a correction to reference of "Council" changed to "Trustees", seconded by Mr.
Thompson.
Ayes - Messrs. Thompson, Spencer, Williams and Mrs. Fickle
Mr. Thompson moved to approve payment of checks as listed, for numbers 302 through
324 inclusive, a copy of which is attached to and made a part of these minutes. Mr.
Spencer seconded the motion.
Ayes - Messrs. Thompson, Spencer, Williams and Mrs. Fickle
With no further business to be considered by this board, Mr. Spencer motioned for
adjournment, seconded by Mr. Thompson.
Meeting adjourned at 8:57 P.M.
