day, September 4, 1979, in Council Chambers at City Hall, per a
Notice of Public Meeting and Agenda posted on City Hall Bulletin
Board at 3:00 PM on August 31, 1979, and by reference made a part
hereof.
Present: Boyd Spencer, Chairman
Robbie Fickle, Vice Chairman
Don, Thompson, Trustee
Robert Wrestler, Trustee
Al Lambert, Trustee
Harold Charney, City Attorney
Ken Kite, Acting City Manager
Wauhilleau Webb, Recording Secretary
Absent: None
The meeting was called to order at 8:32 PM with Chairman Spencer
presiding.
ITEM 1 - APPROVE CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS
Motion was made by Al Lambert, seconded by Don Thompson, to ap-
prove Consent Agenda items, as follows, as published in the
Owasso Reporter on August 30, 1979, and by reference made a
part hereof:
1. Approve Minutes of August 21, 1979, Regular Meeting
2. Approve Warrants for Payment
Ayes - Messrs. Spencer, Thompson, Wrestler, Lambert, and Mrs.
Fickle
Nays - None
Motion passed.
ITEM 2 - APPROVE ADDITIONAL WARRANTS FOR PAYMENT
Mr. Thompson asked Mr. Williams if he has a running total on
supplies as this -.warrant list is loaded with Standard, Hughes
and Water Products. Mr. Williams said the purchase orders will
show exactly which vehicle all of the parts are for. Mr.
Williams commented he plans to begin records showing just how
much is spend on each individual City vehicle.
Motion was made by Robbie Fickle, seconded by Robert Wrestler,
to approve additional warrants for payment, and by reference
made a part hereof.
Ayes - Messrs. Spencer, Thompson, Wrestler, Lambert, and Mrs.
Fickle, with Mrs. Fickle abstaining on Warrants 119, 121,
122, 124 thru 126.

ITEM 4 - NEW BUSINESS
Mr. Thompson requested Harold Charney, Mrs. Webb and Mr.
Williams to get together to determine what is owed Mr. H. D.
Hale on water paybacks, as Mr. Hale says we do owe him. Mr.
Thompson directed that this item be put on agenda as soon as
the information has been developed.
