ITEM 1 - CALL TO ORDER.
The meeting
was called to order at 8:04 PM with Chairman Spencer presiding.

ITEM 5 - HEAR REQUEST OF MR,
JOHN EAGLETON FOR PAYBACK OF COSTS OF WATER LINES
IN HILLSIDE ESTATES SUBDIVISION.

Motion was made by Boyd Spencer, seconded by Dennis Burke to a
warrants 320 through 372 for $32,886.95 and authorize Chairman to sign same

ITEM 7 - APPROVE CANCELLATION OF DECEMBER 2, 1980 MEETING DUE TO BOARD
ATTENDING
NATIONAL LEAGUE OF CITIES CONFERENCE.
Motion was made by Robbie Fickle, seconded by Dennis Burke
to cancel December
2nd meeting due to Board attending National League of Cities conference.
Ayes Messrs. Spencer and Burke, Mrs. Fickle
Nays - None
Motion carried.
ITEM 8 - NEW BUSINESS.
Mr. Thompson gave the Board Mansur-Daubert-Williams estimated fee for t
line projects. It was estimated at $6,200.00 for 86th Street and 9 600.00 for
76th Street, for a total of $15,800.00. $ he Water
Being no further business before the Owasso Public Works Authority, Chair
adjourned at 8:30 PM.
