WHEREAS, a General Election® if necessary® shall
thereafter be held on April 7, 1987 to elect saim
1. That a non-partisan Primary Election for City
Councilpersons, as above set out® be held on March
3, 1987;
(a) That the General Election thereafter, if
necessary, be held on April 7® 1987®
(b) Only qualified electors of the City of Owasso
who reside in the respective wards shall be
qualified to hold the office of

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of tht-
City of Owasso, Tulsa County® Oklahoma, hereby certifies to
the Tulsa County Election Board that the following numbered
precincts are
• be opened: 751, 752, 753, 754 and 755.
The City of Owasso certifies that there are _-c*
qualified electors that live within one hundred feet of the
Cenceline that goes into Rogers County.
The filing period is from February 2, 1987 througm
February 4, 1987 for the Primary Election.

NOTICE OF ELECTIONS AND CERTIFICATION
WHEREAS, A Primary Election shall be held on the 17th day of
March, 1987 for the purpose of a Primary Election to elect a Councilperson
to the City of Owasso, Oklahoma, for Wards and terms as follow:

WHEREAS, a General Election, if necessary, shall thereafter
be held on April 7, 1987 to elect said Councilpersons.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI, CITY
OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA;
1. That a non-partisan Primary Election for City Councilpersons,
as above set out, be held on March 17, 1987;
(a) That the General Election thereafter, if necessary,
be held on April 7, 1987.
(b) Only qualified electors of the City of Owasso who
reside in the respective wards shall be qualified
to hold the office of Councilperson.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Owasso, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, hereby certifies to the Tulsa County
Election Board that the following numbered precincts are to be opened:
751, 752, 753, 754 and 755.
The City of Owasso certifies that there are no qualified electors
that live within one hundred feet of the fenceline that goes into Rogers
County.
The filing period is from February 2, 1987 through February 4,
1987 for the Primary Election.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in accordance with Oklahoma State
Statutes for municipalities with a population of nine thousand, a Declaration
of Candidacy must be accompanied by a cashier's check or certified check
in the amount of $50.00.
