sion in the Council Chambers at City Hall, per the Notice of Public Meeting and
Agenda posted on City Hall bulletin board at 1:00 PM on May 16, 1981, and by re-
ference made a part hereof.
ITEM 1 - CALL TO ORDER.
The meeting was called to order at 8:05 PM with Chairman Spencer presiding.
ITEM 2 - ROLL CALL.

Phyllis Gross, Trustee
Harold Charney, City Attorney
Kenneth Thompson, City Manager
Mary Griffin, Recorder
Absent: Steven Clark, Trustee
Wauhilleau Webb, Recording Secretary
T.TFM I - OPEN BIDS FOR MATERIAL TO BYPASS THE WATER PUMP STATION AT 19TH STREET
AND HIGHWAY 169.
Bids were opened for material to bypass water pump station at 19th Street and
Highway 169 and were as follows:
Utility Supply - $4,258.26
Cooper Supply - $4,270.26
Motion was made by Dennis Burke, seconded by Al Lambert, to award bid to Utility
Supply Company as low bidder in the amount of $4,258.26, and by reference made a
part hereof.
Ayes - Messrs. Spencer, Lambert, Burke and Mrs. Gt o§.s
Nays - None
Motion carried.
ITEM 4 - APPROVE MINUTES OF MAY 5, 1981 REGULAR MEETING.
Motion was made by Al Lambert, seconded by Phyllis Gross, to approve minutes of
May 5, 1981 regular meeting, and by reference are made a part hereof.
Ayes - Messrs. Spencer, Lambert, Burke and Mrs. Gross
Nays - None
Motion carried.
ITEM 5 - APPROVE WARRANTS FOR PAYMENT.
Motion was made by Al Lambert, seconded by Dennis Burke, to approve Warrants No.
1012 through, 1074 in the amount of $43,277.38, authorizing Chairman to sign same,
and by reference made a part hereof.

Motion carried.
ITEM 6 - PRESENTATION OF MARCH AND APRIL 1981 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.
This item was passed to the June 2nd meeting.
ITEM 7 - NEW BUSINESS.

Bill Williams brought up the water line crossing Bird Creek where 75 to 80 feet
washed out and he stated it would take some pretty good sized equipment to get
it back in shape, adding that since we don't have the equipment if we need to
get City personnel to do it or a contractor.
Mayor Spencer stated that he thought a contractor should do it as they have the
equipment.

Mr. Lambert asked Mr. Williams the condition of the two refuse trucks and Mr.
Williams replied that one truck was in pretty bad shape. Mr. Thompson mentioned
he had a lead on a rebuilt commercial truck. There was much discussion on cap-
abilities of several types of refuse trucks.
Being no further business before the Owasso Public Works Authority, Chair
adjourned at 8:30 PM.
