met in regular session in the Council Chambers at City Hall
per the Notice of Public Meeting and Agenda posted on City Hall
bulletin board at 2:00 P.M. on January 15, 1982, and by reference
is made a part hereof.
ITEM 1: CALL TO ORDER.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M, with Chairman
Wasserman presiding.
ITEM 2: FLAG SALUTE.
Flag salute was led by Chairman Wasserman.
ITEM 3: ROLL CALL,
PRESENT: Lyle Wasserman, Chairman
Phyllis Gross, Vice Chairman
Boyd Spencer, Trustee
John Stadler, Trustee
Jim Smalley, Trustee
Ron Cates, City Attorney
Kenneth Thompson, City Manager
Sue Shelley, Recording Secretary
ABSENT: None
ITEM 4: APPROVE MINUTES OF JANUARY 5, 1982 REGULAR OWASSO PUBLIC
WORKS AUTHORITY MEETING.
Motion was made by Boyd Spencer, seconded by John Stadler to
approve minutes of January 5, 1982.
AYES: Messrs. Wasserman, Spencer, Stadler, Smalley and Mrs. Gross
NAYS: None
Motion carried.
ITEM 5: REVIEW FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER 1981.
City Manager gave a report on the December statement, it represents
the 50% mark. Revenues are down in water sales and water taps.
A large expenditure was for the refuse truck, the money was transferred
from the reserve fund to the operating fund. The operating fund
is ahead of projected because of leaks and repairs. Some recommendations
are forth coming on consumer increases in the near future. The 5%
cost -of -living increase recommendation would be held to review
January's report.

ITEM 6: APPROVE WARRANTS FOR PAYMENT.
Motion was made by Phyllis Gross, seconded by Jim Smalley to
approve warrants #678 to #743 for a total of $47,853.97.
AYES: Messrs. Wasserman, Spencer, Stadler, Smalley and Mrs. Gross
NAYS: None
Motion carried.
Being no further business before the Owasso Public Works Authority
the meeting was adjourned at 7:20 by Chairman Wasserman.
