OWASSO PUBLIC WORKS AUTHORITY
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING WATER AND
SEWER RATES TO BE CHARGED BY THE
OWASSO PUBLIC WORKS AUTHORITY IN THE
PROVISION OF NECESSARY WATER AND
SEWER SERVICES TO THE CUSTOMERS OF
SAID AUTHORITYg DECLARING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
RESOLVED BY THE TRUSTEES OF THE OWASSO PUBLIC WORKS AUTHORITY
BE IT
THAT:
Section One: From and after the effective date as hereinafter
set forthff the charges by the Owasso Public Works Authority to its
customers for water and sewer service are as followsff to-wit:
Water Service: $5,97 for the first 1,000 gallons used
and $2.34 per 1,000 gallons after the first 1,000 gallons
used for customers within the corporate limits of the
City of Owasso, Oklahomaff and for rural customers $11.37
for the first Iff 000 gallons used and $4.34 per 1,000
gallons after the first 1,000 gallons used.

Sewer Rates: $1.83 minimum per month and $
