Any Holiday Decorations at any time installed hereunder, snail be installed by the Municipality at its sole risk and expense, and any and all persons at any time engaged in the installation, maintenance, operation and/or removal of such Holiday Decorations, shall be deemed to be the agents and employees of the Municipality® During each holiday - season while this agreement remains in effect, the Municipality sha!l, at its expense, place in force bonafide standard insurance poli- cies,,conditioned to conform to the laws of the State of Oklahoma, covering workmen ®s compensation and employer's death Iia,✓iJjty to the full extent i ng , required by the laws of OrlahOflla, and prov i d' for both Municipality and Company, coverage on public liability and property damage with a mini- mum of $100,000.00 for any one person injured or damaged, and a maximum of $300,000.00 for all per- sons injured or damaged in any one accident or occurrencel covering the person and property Of any person, firm or corporation whomsoever, includ- ing Company, who or which may be injured or damaged by reason of the installation, maintenance, oper-,, ation or removal of such Hol.day,_ Decorations. Company is not named as one of the parties assured in the Public Liability policy covering bodily injury and property damage, the Municipality shall place in force Contractual Liability Insurance, in the amounts above set out, which will protect the Company from claims for bodily injury or property damage growing out of the performance of this con- tract® Before any such , Holiday Decorations may be installed hereunder for any particular season, Municipality shall deliver to Company certificates evidencing that such insurance is in effect during such lioliday . Season. 4® During any -holiday - season, the Municipality elects to install and operate Holiday-.
