WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Owassov Oklahoma was
presented a ballot from the Oklahoma Municipal Retirement Fund in which,
being a participating member, the Council was permitted to cast one (1)
ballot for a nominee to serve a five—year term on said Board, beginning
October 1, 1974:

Below is listed the nominees for the selection of a trustee to
serve for a five-year term on the Board of the Oklahoma Municipal
Retirement Fund beginning October 1, 1974. The governing body
of your city shall be entitled to cast by resolution, one vote
for the office to be filled and shall direct its authorized agent
to indicate the result of its voting on this ballot and return
the ballot to my attention by registered or certified mail no
later than August 30, 1974.
