WHEREAS, the City of Owasso, Oklahoma, is a growing,
progressive municipality dedicated to insuring the future
well-being of its citizens, but mindful of its past, and,
WHEREAS, the City of Owasso is deserving of a Great
Seal signifying its rich heritage and its determination to
provide peace and justice for all its citizens,
THE CITY OF OWASSO, that the design presented this date shall
henceforth be known as the Great Seal of the City of Owasso,
Oklahoma, not to be used, copied or in any manner duplicated
without the express written permission of the governing body
of the City.
DATED this 2nd day of July, 1974.
