AS, the trc�stees, in regular session on April 22 1974, unan-
imously agreed to increase the sewer tap fees, including sewer improvements
and sewer permits, from $45.00 to $200.00 for each and every sewer tap made
within the corporate limits of the City of Owassot Oklahoma.

Authority of OwassoT Oklahoma, as follows:
1. That upon approval and adoption of this Resolution by
the Board of Trustees of the Owasso Public Forks
Authority all sewer permits and sewer taps shall be
included under one heading which is designated "Sewer
Tap Feen
2. That upon approval and passage of this Resolution by the
Board of Trustees of the Owasso Public Works Authority
each sewer tap made within the corporate limits of the
City of Owasso, Oklahoma shall be $200.00 per tap, pay
able before any sewer service is allowed by the Owasso
Public Torks Authority.

RESOLUTION No. 9
WHEREAS, the Trustees of the Owasso Public Works
Authority deem it necessary for proper functioning of its
sewer system within the corporate limits of the City of
Owasso, AND
WHEREAS, the trustees, in regular session on April 2,
1974, unanimously agreed to increase the sewer tap fees,

including sewer improvements and sewer permits, from
$45.00 to $200.00 for each and every sewer tap made within
the corporate limits of the City of Owasso, Oklahoma.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the Trustees of
the Owasso Public Works Authority of Owasso, Oklahoma,
as follows:
I. That upon approval and adoption of this Resolution by
the Board of Trustees of the Owasso Public Works
Authority all sewer permits and sewer taps shall be
included under one heading which is designated
"Sewer Tap Fee."
2. That upon approval and passage of this Resolution by
the Board of Trustees of the Owasso Public Works
Authority each sewer tap made within the corporate
limits of the City of Owasso, Oklahoma shall be
$200.00 per tap, payable before any sewer service is
allowed by the Owasso Public Works Authority.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7 day of May,
1974.
