HomeMy WebLinkAbout1992 11_Electronic Transfer of Funds First Bank of Owasso_1992.07.07WHEREAS: The City from time to time request, by means of telephone, telegraphic, telecopy, or orals orders, the transfer of funds in amounts not to exceed the balance on deposit at First Bank of Owasso to other banks or financial institutions; and, WHEREAS: The City and First Bank of Owasso desire to establish standard written instructions and authorization procedures for such transactions. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA; THAT- The First Bank of Owasso be and it hereby is, designated a depository of this City with authority to execute orders for transfers of funds electronically, by public or private wire transfer systems or otherwise, from or to accounts at First Bank of Owasso or any other financial institution. First Bank of Owasso may accept the representations of representatives authorized to request and receive telephonic or wire transfer of funds. The funds transfer agreement attached hereto, made a part hereof, and marked as exhibit "A" is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same. THAT: The City Treasurer of the City of Owasso is hereby singly authorized and empowered to transmit orders for transfer of funds electronically by public or private wire transfer systems from or to accounts at First Bank of Owasso or any other Financial Institution.
