OKLAHOMA, THAT:
Section Two: The annual Retreat
well as the fee charged therefore, shall not be required of
any of the following persons, to-wit:
a) Citizens
• the City of Owasso, Oklahom.-I
b) Current utility customers of the Owasso Public
d) Residents within the fenceline of the City of
Owasso, Oklahoma®
Section Three: Every holder of an annual Recreation
User Permit or person excepted from such requirement as
herein provided, shall be allowed admittance of one (1)
quest for recreational use of the facility when such guest
is accompanied by the permit holder or person excepted from
such requirement®
Section Four: The foregoing shall not be construed
so as to require a Recreation User Permit of any person •
persons at such facility solely as a spectator • any
organized activity authorized to be conducted therein.
c) Current utility statement from the Owasso Public
Works Authority, Owasso, Oklahoma;
d) Affidavit of a qualifying parent of minor child or
qualifying member of household; or,
Section Six: The provisions of this Resolution shall,
upon passage, become effective on the -11-17'r -" day of April,
