MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
Thursday, April 12, 2018
The Owasso Economic Development Authority met in regular session on Thursday, April 12, 2018,
at City Hall in the Community Room, 200 S Main Street, Owasso, Oklahoma per the Notice of
Public Meeting and Agenda filed in the office of the City Clerk and posted at City Hall, 200 S
Main Street at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, April 10, 2018.
1. Call to Order
Gary Akin called the meeting to order at 10:00 am.
PRESENT
Gary Akin, Secretary
David Charney, Trustee
Skip Mefford, Trustee
Jeri Moberly, Trustee (arrived at 10:1 tam)
Dee Sokolosky, Trustee
A quorum was declared present.
ABSENT
Bryan Spriggs, Chair
Dirk Thomas, Vice Chair
2. Consideration and appropriate action relating to a request for Trustee approval of the
Consent Agenda. All matters listed under "Consent" are considered by the Trustees to be
routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Trustee may, however, remove an item
from the Consent Agenda by request. A motion to adopt the Consent Agenda is non -
debatable.
A. Approval of minutes of the March 8, 2018 Regular meeting
B. Approval of claims
C. Acceptance of the monthly financial reports
Mr. Sokolosky moved to approve the Consent Agenda, seconded by Mr. Mefford.

NAY: None
ABSTAIN: None
Motion carried: 4 -0
3. Consideration and appropriate action relating to items removed from the Consent Agenda
None
4. Annual Report of the Owasso Strong Neighborhood Initiative
Ms. Moberly arrives. Warren Lehr presented the annual report and discussion was held.
5. Report from OEDA Director
Bronce Stephenson provided the building permit report for March 2018; Roger Stevens
presented a project status update; and Linda Jones presented the monthly sales tax
report.
6. Report from OEDA Manager
Warren Lehr provided a brief status report on the annual budget process and a proposed
sales tax revenue note for capital improvement projects.
7. Report from OEDA Trustees
Trustees expressed their appreciation to Jeri Moberly for her commitment to citizens
through public service on the OEDA and City Council.

10. Adjournment
Ms. Moberly moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mr. Charney to adjourn the
meeting.
