met in regular session in the Council Chambers at City Hall
per the Notice of Public Hearing and Agenda posted on City
Hall Bulletin Board at 4:00 p.m. on April 15, 1983, and by
reference is made a part hereof.
ITEM 1: CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 7:36 p.m. with Chairman
Spencer presiding.

Wauhilleau Webb, Vice -Chairman
Phyllis Gross, Trustee
Von Stockler, Trustee
James Smalley, Trustee
Dale Block, City Manager

Ann Hendrickson, City Clerk
ABSENT: None
ITEM 4: APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF REGULAR SESSION OF OWASSO PUBLIC
WORKS AUTHORITY, APR IL 5, 1983.
Motion was made by Von Stockler, seconded

approve the minutes of April 5, 1983, by reference
hereof.

Motion carried.
ITEM 5: BUSINESS
None at this time.
ITEM 6: REPORT FROM CITY ATTORNEY
None at this time.
ITEM 7: REPORT FROM CITY MANAGER
None at this time.
ITEM 8: APPROVAL OF CLAIMS
Motion was made by Von Stockler-, seconded by Mayor Spencer, to
approve the OPWA claims for March in the grant total of $70,688.76.

9. NEW BUSINESS
Mr. Stockler asked about the status on the waterdog project.
Mr. Block said there had been some clogging of the drain by
the Christmas trees used for hatching and the weather had
delayed progress as the water must be around 70 degrees for
hatching to occur.
Mayor Spencer asked for help from the Council and the citizens
in promoting the passing of the bond issue election. Mr..
Stockler said he was available to help at any time.
Mr.. Block asked about publication of the ordinance. Mr. Davis
said the ordinance needed to be published within ten days
and only needed to be published once. He said the resolution
needs to be published in its entirety once in ten days. The
election proclamation will be published three times in the
three weeks prior to the election.
There being no further new business before the Owasso Public
Works Authority, chair adjourned at 7:43 p.m.
