dedication and asked that this item be put on the May 1 agenda.
C.
CONSIDERATION OF RE
ST FOR SEWER TAP FOR MOBILE HOME
Mr. York said he was here to explore the possibility of hooking
on to the Owasso sewer system. He said the property is approx-
imately one mile east and one mile south of 76th St. & 169 and
is zoned for mobile home park. He said he has approval to con-
struct a lagoon system, but would rather not as there is objection
from people in the area and it would not compliment the area.
He said he had spoken with the State Health Dept. who expressed
their desire for him to explore all possibilities for him to
get on the public system, even though it is now overloaded. He
said if the Council sees fit to approve his connection to the
public system, he would build a line to connect to the City s
12" line and would pay the $350 tap fee. He said he would increase
the size of the lots and build a 3 acre playground area.
Mrs. Webb and Mrs. Gross expressed concern about adding any more
to an already overloaded sewer system.
Motion was made by Mayor Spencer, seconded by Wauhilleau Webb, to
deny the request for sewer tap for mobile home park.
