On Tuesday, June 19, 1984, the Owasso Public Works Authority met
in a regular session in the Council Chambers at City Hall per the
Notice of Public Hearing and Agenda posted on City Hall bulletin
board at 4:00 p.m. on June 15, 1984.
ITEM 1: CALL TO ORDER
Meeting was called to order at 8:24 p.m. with Chairman Spencer
presiding.

PRESENT: Boyd M. Spencer, Chairman
Wauhilleau Webb, Vice -Chairman
Robert Peel, Trustee
James Smalley, Trustee
Von Stockler, Trustee
Lee Dawson, Acting City Manager
Ron Cates, City Attorney
Ann Hendrickson, City Clerk
ITEM 4: CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF JUNE 5, 1984
OPWA MEETING.
CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF JUNE 14, 1984,
SPECIAL OPWA MEETING.
Motion was made by Wauhilleau Webb, seconded by Von Stockler, to
approve the minutes of June 5, 1984 and June 14, 1984, by reference
made a part hereof.
AYE: Messrs. Spencer, Stockler, Smalley, Peel; Mrs. Webb
NAY: None
Motion carried.
ITEM 5: BUSINESS
A. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1984-1985
Chairman Spencer asked if there were any questions from the Authority
or the audience regarding the proposed budget. There were no
questions.
Motion was made by James Smalley, seconded by Wauhilleau Webb,
to approve the budget for fiscal year 1984-1985,
AYE: Messrs. Spencer, Stockler, Smalley, Peel; Mrs. Webb
NAY: None
Motion carried.

B. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF REVENUE SHARING BUDGET FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1984-1985.
Chairman Spencer asked if there were any questions from the audience
or the Authority regarding the proposed Revenue Sharing budget.
There were no questions.
Motion was made by James Smalley, seconded by Von Stockler, to
approve the Revenue Sharing budget for Fiscal Year 1984-1985.
AYE: Messrs. Spencer, Stockler, Smalley, Peel; Mrs. Webb
NAY: None
Motion carried.
6. REPORT FROM CITY ATTORNEY
None.
7. REPORT FROM ACTING CITY MANAGER
Lee Dawson said there was an opportunity to obtain some polycarts
for the sanitation department at a good price and if there were
no objections, he would do so.
8. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS
Motion was made by James Smalley, seconded by Chairman Spencer to
approve the May Claims as presented.
AYE: Messrs. Spencer, Stockler, Smalley, Peel; Mrs. Webb
NAY: None
Motion carried.
9. NEW BUSINESS
There being no new business before the Owasso Public Works Authority,
meeting adjourned at 8:32 p.m.
