B. CONSIDERATION OF AUTHORIZATION OF MAYOR TO SUBMIT A SIGNED
CONSENT ORDER TO OKLAHO14A STATE DEPL. OF HEALTH BOB DAY
Mr. Day discussed with the Council the engineering evaluation of
the lagoon system and his recommendations with regard to the
consent order.
Motion was made by Robert Peel, seconded by James Smalley, to
approve entering into a consent order with the effluent limitations
being those outlined in Mr. Day's correspondence of Nov. 20, 1984,
however, requesting relief from paragraph #2 of the consent order.
AYE: Messrs. Spencer, Smalley, Peel
NAY: None
Motion carried.
C. STATUS REPORT ON FACILITIES PLAN AND ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION
DOCUMENT BOB DAY.
Mr. Day presented each of the O.P.W..A. Trustees with a proposed
environmental information document for municipal wastewater treat-
ment works and a proposed facilities plan for wastewater treat-
ment system. He asked that the Trustees review the information
and stated that he would be happy to meet with them to discuss
and answer any questions they might have.

8. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS
Motion was made by James Smalley, seconded by Robert Peel, to
approve the OPWA claims in the total amount of $91,690.65.
AYE: Messrs. Spencer, Smalley, Peel
NAY: None
Motion carried.
9. NEW BUSINESS
There being no new business before the Owasso Public Works Authority,
meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
