regular session in the Council Chambers at City Hall per the Notice
of Public Hearing and Agenda posted on City Hall bulletin board at
4:00 p.m. on March 29, 1985.
ITEM 1: CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 8:37 p.m. with Chairman Spencer
presiding.

ITEM 4: CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MARCH 19, 1985
O.P.W'.A. MEETING.
Motion was; made by James Smalley, seconded by Von Stockler, to
approve the minutes of March 19, 1935, by reference made a part
hereof.
AYE: Messrs. Spencer, Stockler, Smalley, Peel

ITEM 5: BUSINESS
A. CONSIDERATION OF REPORT FROM CITY AUDITORS REGARDING 1983-1984
AUDIT.
No report given.
6. REPORT FROM CITY ATTORNEY
None at this time.
7. REPORT FROM CITY MANAGER
The City Manager reported that five companys have expressed an
interest in bidding on a commercial refuse service and that bids
would be opened on April 11, 1985.

Mayor Spencer asked about the status of filling the Public Works
Director's position. Mr. Galloway said he was in the process of
doing so.
There being no further business before the Owasso Public Works
Authority, motion was made by James Smalley, seconded by Robert
Peel, to adjourn.
Meeting adjourned at 8:38 p.m.
