a regular session in the Council Chambers at City Hall per the Notice
of Public Hearing and Agenda posted on City Hall bulletin board at
4:00 p.m. on April 12, 1985.
ITEM 1: CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 8:17 p.m. with Chairman Spencer
presiding.

Wauhilleau Webb, Vice -Chairman
Von Stockler, Trustee
Robert Peel, Trustee
Dan Galloway, City Manager

ABSENT: James Smalley, Councilman
ITEM 4: CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF APRIL 2, 1985
O.P.W.A. MEETING.
Motion was made by Robert Peel, seconded by Von Stockler, to
approve the minutes of April 2, 1985 by reference made a part
hereof.
AYE: Messrs. Spencer, Stockler, Peel; Mrs. Webb
NAY: None
Motion carried.
ITEM 5: BUSINESS
A. CONSIDERATION OF ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION OF BIDS RECEIVED ON
CONTRACT FOR COMMERCIAL REFUSE SERVICE.
The City Manager reviewed the bids received which had been opened
in public meeting on April 11, 1985. He explained the basis for
the bidding process and stated that the lowest bidder meeting all
specifications was Waste Management of Tulsa. Several bidders were
present and.participated.in the discussion.
Motion was made by Robert Peel, seconded by Von Stockler, to accept
the low bid for commercial refuse service submitted by Waste Man-
agement of Tulsa in the amount of $8,265 per month for a period
of one year.
AYE: Messrs. Spencer, Stockler, Peel; Mrs. Webb
NAY: None

B. CONSIDERATION OF ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION OF BIDS RECEIVED FOR
COMMERCIAL REFUSE TRUCK.
The bids received were read aloud. All bids were rejected.
6. REPORT FROM CITY ATTORNEY
None at this time.
7. REPORT FROM CITY MANAGER
None at this time.
8. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS
Motion was made by Robert Peel, seconded by Von Stockler, to approve
the O.P.W.A. claims submitted in the total amount of $92,335.90.
AYE: Messrs. Spencer, Stockler, Peel; Mrs. Webb
NONE: Motion carried.
9. NEW BUSINESS
There being no new business before the Owasso Public Works Authority,
motion was made by Von Stockler, seconded by Wauhilleau Webb, to
adjourn.
AYE: Messrs. Spencer, Stockler, Peel; Mrs. Webb
NAY: None
Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 8:53 p.m.
