in a regular session in the Council Chambers at City Hall per the
Notice of Public Hearing and Agenda posted on City Hall bulletin
board at 4:00 p.m. on August 2, 1985.
ITEM 1: CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 8:41 p.m. with Chairman Spencer
presiding.

Von Stockler, Trustee

Dan Galloway, City Manager

ABSENT: Robert Peel, Trustee
ITEM 4: CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF AUGUST 6, 1985,
OPWA MEETING.
Motion was made by James Smalley, seconded by Von Stockler, to
approve the minutes of August 6, 1985, by reference made a part
hereof.
AYE: Messrs. Spencer, Stockler, Smalley, Wood
NAY: None
Motion carried.
ITEM 5: CONSIDERATION OF AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE ROOT CUTTER
ATTACHMENT FOR THE SEWER JETTER AT ESTIMATED COST OF
1,2 7.00.
Motion was made by James Smalley, seconded by Von Stockler, to
authorize the purchase of a root cutter attachment for the sewer
jetter at estimated cost of $1,247.00 with an addition of $100
for cutter blades.

Motion carried.
ITEM 6: REPORT FROM CITY ATTORNEY
None at this time.

ITEM 7: REPORT FROM CITY MANAGER "M
Mr. Galloway reported that he wished to delete the old ditch witch
from the list of surplus or obsolete materials. He said the road
bore attachment is hydraulically operateted and is salvagable.
ITEM 8: APPROVAL OF CLAIMS
Motion was made by James Smalley, seconded by Von Stockler, to approve
the claims as presented in the total amounts of $7,097.34 and
$1083P291.17.

Motion carried.
ITEM 9: NEW BUSINESS
At the Mayor's request, the City Attorney reported on a meeting he
had attended regarding Glenpool vs. Creek County Rural Water District
in the matter of the right of a rural water district to be the exclu-
sive water supplier in that district.
There being no further business before the Owasso Public Works
Authority, motion was made by Von Stockler, seconded by James
Smalley, to adjourn.

Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 9:17 p.m.
