met in a regular session in the Council Chambers at the Communitv
Center per the Notice of Public, Hearing and Agenda posted on City
Hall bulletin board at 4:00 p.m. on October 11, 1985.
ITEM 1: CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. with Chairman Spencer
presiding.
ITEM 2: FLAG SALUTE.
ITEM 3: ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Boyd M. Spencer, Chairman
James Smalley, Vice -Chairman
Von Stockler, Trustee
Kenneth Wood, Trustee
Robert Peel, Trustee

ITEM 4: CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF OCTOBER 1, 1985
O.P.W.A. MEETING.
Motion was made by James Smalley, seconded by Von Stockler, to
approve the minutes of October 1, 1985, by reference made a hart
hereof. -
AYE: Messrs. Spencer, Stockler, Smalley, Wood, Peel
NAY: None
Motion carried.
ITEM 5: CONSIDERATION OF CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION OF
SANITARY SEWER LINE AT HERITAGE SQUARE COMMERCIAL DEVELOP-
MENT (169 & 22ND ST.)
Motion was made by Mayor Spencer, seconded by James Smalley, to deny
the acceptance of dedication of sanitary sewer line at Heritage
Square. -
ITEM 6: CONSIDERATION OF CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION OF
WATER LINE AT SOKOLOSKY CENTER (86TH BETWEEN 122nd & 125th)
Motion was made by Robert Peel to accept dedication of the water lin
at Sokolosky Center.
Motion died for lack of second.
Motion was made by Kenneth Wood, seconded by Von Stockler, to deny
the acceptance of dedication of water line at Sokolosky Center.
AYE: Messrs. Spencer, Stockler, Smalley, Wood, Peel
NAY: None
Motion carried.

ITEM 7: CONSIDERATION OF CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION OF
WATER LINE AT TACO BUENO (th ST. N.
Motion was made by Mayor Spencer, seconded by Von Stockler, to
deny the acceptance of dedication of water line at Taco Bueno.
AYE: Messrs. Spencer, Stockler, Smalley, Wood, Peel
NAY: None
Motion carried.
ITEM 8: REPORT FROM CITY ATTORNEY
Mr. Cates reported on the brief he had filed regarding Glenpool vs.
Creek County Rural Water District
ITEM 9: REPORT FROM CITY MANAGER
None
ITEM 10: APPROVAL OF CLAIMS
Motion was made by Robert Peel, seconded by Von Stockler, to approve
the O.P.W.A. claims as presented in the total amount of $8,524.33.
ITEM 11: NEW BUSINESS
None.
There being no further business before the Owasso Public Works
Authority, motion was made by Von Stockler, seconded by Robert
Peel, to adjourn.
