in a regular session in the Council Chambers at the Community Center
per the Notice of Public Hearing and Agenda posted on City Hall
bulletin board at 4:00 p.m. on October 31, 1985.
ITEM 1: CALL TO ORDER.
The meeting was called to order at 8:58 p.m. with Chairman Spencer
presiding.
ITEM 2 : FLAG- SALUTE.
ITEM 3: ROLL CALL.
PRESENT: Boyd M. Spencer, Mayor
Von Stockler, Councilman
Robert Peel, Councilman
Kenneth Wood, Councilman
Dan Galloway, City Councilman
Ron Cates, City Attorney
Jim Dunlap, Asst. City Mgr./City Planner
Ann Hendrickson, City Clerk
ABSENT: James Smalley, Vice -Mayor
ITEM 4: CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL 6F MINUTES OF ®CTOBER 15 1985
O.P.W.A. MEETING.
Motion was made by Robert Peel, seconded by Von Stockler, to approve
the minutes of October 15, 1985, by reference made a part hereof.
AYE: Messrs. Wood, Peel, Stockler, Spencer
NAY: None
Motion carried.
ITEM 5:
CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO
TREATT ENT
Motion was made by Kenneth Wood, seconded by Von Stockler, to approve
the amendment to Wastewater Treatment Plant Design Contract in the
amount of $6,000.00 with Farrar -Hudspeth -Cobb, Inc.
AYE: Messrs. Wood, Peel, Stockler, Spencer
NAY: None
Motion carried.
ITEM 6: CONSIDERATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION OF SANITARY SEWER
LINE AT HERITAGE SQUARE Cbn- RCIAL DEVELOPMENT 9 & 22nd .
Motion was made by Kenneth Wood, seconded by Von Stockler, to accept
dedication of the Sanitary Line at Heritage Square Commercial Development.
AYE: Messrs. Wood, Peel, Stockler, Spencer
NAY: None
Motion carried.

motion was made by Robert Peel, seconded by Von Stockler, to adjourn.
