We, the undersigned, being all of the ~t:embers of the Board
of Trustees of the Town of Owasso, Ok1aY~oma, do hereby consent to
a special meeting of the Board. of Trustees to be held at the
Town Hall at 7:30 p. m. on larch 2, 1955, for the purpose of
enlarging and extending the boundry lines of Wards or Districts
one (Y) through four (4) inclusive.and do hereby consent to the
transaction at such meetiing of any and all other matters that
may come before said meeting, and do hereby waive notice of such
meeting.

BN IT ORDAINFD by the prestciont and 3oard of Trustees of the
Incorporated Town: of Owasso, Oklahoma, as follows:
Section 1. That gect, i on 1 of Ordinance No. 2 of the Incor-
porated Town of Owasso, Oklahoma, be, and the same is hereby,
amended to read as follows:
Section 1. That the Incorporated Town of Owasso, Okla -
boma, isgs hereby divided into fotcr wards and voting districts
as follows;
Ward No. 1: All that portion of the Incorporated Town
of Owasso, Oklahoma, lying within the corporation
limits and north of the center line of May :Avenue;
Ward No, 2: All that portion of the Incorporated Town
or Owasso, Oklahoma, lying within the corporation
limits and south of the center l.i.ne of May :Avenue and
north of the center line of Thomas avenue;
hard loo. 1: All that portion or the Incorporated 'Town
of Owasso, Oklahoma, lying within the corporation
limits and sotcth of the center line of Thomas Avenue
and north of the center lime of Lee Avenue;
Ward too. 4: All that portion of the Incorporated Town
of Owasso, Oklahoma, lying within the corporation
limits and south of the center line of Lee Avenc.ie.
section 2. That the said wards Above describer. shall be and
constitute the voting districts for all purpsoees of aacni.cipal govern-
ment as provided by the ordinances of the Incorporated 'Town of Owasso,
Oklaitrosm .
3erest i on :3. That an emergency is hereby declared to exist for
the preservation or public peace, health and safety, and by reason
thereof this ordinance shall become effeetive and in fell force and
effect immediately from and after its passage, approval and publioa►tion.
Passed And approved thi.e 2n,d day of March, 1955.
The emergency clasise ruled upon separately and passed this 2,nd
day of March., 1953.
