Board met in regular session. Present: Smith, Boyd and Holt.
Absent: Rice.
Motion made by Boyd, seconded by Holt, that a letter be written to
l4'ade Lahr on condition of street crossing after main line installed.
Motion carried.
Motion made by Boyd treat Owen, Mansur £~ Steele be contacted in
regard to enlargement of se~~ver plant, and that a man be sent out
to advise board as to cost and procedure. .Second_ed by Holt.
Motion carried.
Motion made by Boyd, that a supplement be added to AIr. 'u"Jomack'
water contract, allowing an additional tap. Seconded by Holt.
Motion carried.

Board met in regular session. Present: Smith, Boyd, Rice.

Memo: Letters to be sent to Builders on server payments.
?Motion made by Boyd, that board accept a petition creating a sewer
district to be knovrn as Greenleese sewer district ,# 2. Seconded by
Rice. Motion carried.
Motion by Rice, that Board accept Ordinance No. 52. Seconded by
Boyd. Motion carried.
Board directs city clerk to write letter to Chief Engineer, State
Fire Marshall's Office, Capitol Bldg., Oklahoma City., asking that
a survey be made of Otivasso for redistricting of fire insurance rates.
Motion made by Rice, that Mr. Bill Allison be given permission to
move city dog house on to his property and take care of all dog
catching at the rate of X1.00 per dog. Seconded by Boyd. lotion
carried.
Motion made by Boyd, that a seperate account be sett up at Bank for
Meter Deposits, on advice of Nir. John Biard. Seconded by Rice.
Motion carried.
Memo: Board directs City clerk to vrrite letter to engineer,
requesting a copy of letter from contractor in regards to automatic
control and Chlorinator.
