Board met in regular session. Those present: Smith, Rice, Boyd, Holt.
Board directs City Clerk to write contract for Jonesville water district.
Allowing a total of twenty taps for same.
Motion by Boyd, that three permanent police permits and four special
police permits is all that shall be issued. Seconded by Rice. Motion
carried.
Motion made by Holt, that Tlr. J. Ray Smith be contacted in regards to
having a zoning ordinance drawn up. Seconded by Boyd. Motion carried.

Board met in regular session. Those present: Smith, Holt, Rice.
Absent: Boyd.
1Plater contract for Jonesville vrater district submitted. Board agrees
to accept same, but may include several clauses.
Motion made by Rice, in regard to N1r. Klahr's drainage problem, that
any satisfactory arrangemient between himself and Mr. Sherrill would be
satisfactory with the Board. Seconded by Holt. Motion carried.
Motion by Rice, that Bob Nichols be instructed to replace suer the
in Nichols Heights before streets are completed and have Bill Allsup
inspect same. Motion seconded by Holt. I~lotion carried.
Letter to Contractor in regard to cover for sewer the in 900 blk W. May.
Also sedver behind pump house. Bill Allsup will notify.
Items of discussion-no action taken:
Money must be in by first Monday of November for setiver fund.
Town Council to repair 4 blks in City of Owasso provided money can be
appropriated. Attorney to check funds.
Motion by Holt, that city pay street light in advance, total $381.00.
Seconded by Rice. T~otion carried.
Motion made by Holt to notify H. Hale of condition of fruit stand at
corner of Johnston Ave. and Missouri Street. Said building to be removed
by November 1st. Seconded by Rice. Motion carried.
Motion by Rice, that Gerald Swanson be retained as City Attorney at a
salary of $30.00 per month for a period of six months. Seconded by Fiolt.
Motion carried.
Motion by Rice to give Bill Allsup 10% raise effective next pay period.
Seconded by Fiolt. Motion carried.

Motion by Holt, to for bed Vechiles with lugs on any city street.
Maxium fine for same $25.00. Second by Rice. Motion carried.
Motion by Holt, to pay all claims. Second by Rice. Motion carried.

resent ordances at a fee of $100.00 :~econa ay Boyd Motion Carried.
r Swanson notified Board that present ordances are invalid this being
