mess, recaulk, etc. as necessary to complete this work. ..
Concrete in this area is very rough - needs to be ground smooth, particulary adjacent to
brick wall and at southwest column.
At roof edge flashing where it adjoins vertical brick wall, it is badly out of plumb - needs to
be cut, fit and adjusted.
Complete rubbing of exposed edge of transformer pad.
At northwest comer where brick contacts block work, joint between brick and block needs
to sawn out, raked and caulked.
At sealant joint between concrete paving and building, there are several areas where
sealant is not adhered to either paving or concrete block. Also at scores in block, in many
areas it appears that the sealant has not flown back into the score and is leaving a hole
for water penetration at this point. Remove sealants as necessary and correct this
situation.
At the two man access doors to exterior south of the building, the sealant has not run pass
this, the concrete has been poured adjacent to the slab of the building. These areas need
to be ground out and sealant joint provided as of the rest of the building perimeter.
All exterior doors need to be painted to match the new exterior color on outside and match
the interior walls of warehouse and tool room on interior.
Clean all debris, concrete splatters, etc. off overhead doors. If necessary, paint to correct
this situation.
Install gate at south driveway entrance to concrete parking area.
Complete rubbing of exposed edge of CNG compressor pad.
Complete rubbing of light pole pedestals to remove spiral marks from casting.
On concrete paving sealant joints, sealant in many areas is level with or above surface of
paving. All the sealant needs to be slightly below finished paving level.
Where sealant joints have been repaired, additional sealant added, sealant should have
been cleaned before new sealant was added - this will not stick. Compete sealing of
exterior concrete paving, pressure blast, clean as necessary prior to sealing of this area.
In concrete paving between fourth and fifth panels from south on west side, there is a lump
in concrete that needs to be ground off smooth.
All concrete on south and west pours does not have any surface texture. All the paving
concrete was specified to have a broom finish.
Prior to sealing all of the remaining surfaces, all of the debris, splatters, etc. will be

Foot prints, tire marks, etc. were left in concrete surface will be ground off and the areas
refinished.
At joints between pours, there is excessive concrete in several places where concrete is
uneven. up to' /" to maybe an 1" above adjacent surfaces - grind or whatever necessary
to correct this situation.
Along west edge of gravel parking area, gravel is specified to be 6" thick, there is not
appear to be that in several areas, fabric is laying open on the surface adjacent to fence.
Where the roof emergency overflow scuppers are located in block, scuppers should be
painted inside and outside out to match block. In the areas where these occur in the brick,
they are to be painted to match the brick on inside and out.
On west masonry block walls, there are some spaces that need to be painted.
Paint lintels over windows in north elevation.
Where brick window sills intersect the fins, this grout joint is poor and untooled - either
break out and re -grout properly or rake out and apply sealant.
There appears to be air leakage from inside the building to exterior at window sills.
Exposed edge of concrete around radius wall - rub where exposed.
Where radius wall dies into brick fin at northwest comer, the brick has been broken, when
set in this wall, those brick that are just broken shall be removed, cut with saw and
reinstalled or replaced.
Handicapped reserved signs, one at the intersection of sidewalk, move over so that it does
not present a safety hazard - move approximately 18" to west.
Several Crepe Mertels in front seem to be dead - replace if this is the case.
Compete exterior landscaping; trees, bushes, etc.
User item: ONG sign and symbol on radius masonry wall of building is not straight -
remove and reinstall.
Dryvit finish - appears to be tar or something stained on front. Also cap flashing needs to
be touch -up over this area.
Back to Earth mulch for landscape areas does not appear to have been applied.
Specification requires that the top 6" be rototilled into soil with pre - emergent. Verify
specified requirements were completed.
