DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBLE FOR PROJECT: Managerial
STAFF COMMENTS: The project consisted of property acquisition and purchase; building
planning, design, and construction: utility extensions and relocations; and site improvements that
included landscaping, parking lot construction, stormwater detention, lighting and sidewalk
construction. The City acted as the General Contractor on this proiect and issued numerous
contracts for various phases of the work. Funding was included in the 1998 bond issue and total
funds expended were $ 4,180,439.
