STAFF COMMENTS:
This Project was designed to repair damage to portions of the base of the City Hall / Community
Center parking lot and overlay the entire .parking lot with two inches of asphalt The project
was completed under a contract between the City of Owasso and APAC - Oklahoma of Tulsa
The total contract cost of the project was $24,982. The Capital Improvements Budget included
only $12.650 for the project. The City Council authorized the expenditure of an amount not to
exceed $12.982 from the General Fund Budget to supplement the Capital Improvement
