The property is located east of the northeast corner of East 106th Street North and North Mingo Road between the Owasso Sports Park and the railroad tracks. The property is zoned Residential Single - Family High Density (RS -3). The final plat for Abbott Farms II consists of 50 Lots in 5 Blocks on 13.09 acres. The project is a continuation of the Abbott Farms development. A temporary gravel drive will be provided connecting North 101st East Avenue in phase I with phase II for the purpose of fire access. One additional phase will be forthcoming and will complete the neighborhood. The Plat provides a pedestrian connection to the Owasso Sports Park to the east of the project. Perimeter and interior utility easements are shown on the Plat that will allow utilities adequate access to provide and maintain service to the proposed development. Stormwater Detention has been accounted for in the regional dentation pond being constructed by the City in the Owasso Sports Park. All internal streets will be public and dedicated to the City. There are no amenities provided within this Plat, as it has straight RS -3 zoning and is not part of a Planned Unit Development (PUD), which would have required amenities. The City of Owasso will provide water, sanitary sewer, Fire, Police, and EMS services to the proposed residential development. The development that occurs on the subject property shall adhere to all subdivision, zoning, and engineering requirements of the City of Owasso. PLANNING COMMISSION: The Owasso Planning Commission will review this item at their meeting on February 10, 2020. Using a public competitive bid process, a Notice of Sale of Property Owned by the City of Owasso, and an accompanying Invitation to Bid, was advertised for each property, as well as listed on the city's social media sites, information packets mailed to local and regional real estate offices, and signage placed at each location. A breakdown of the sealed bid process is listed below.
