OW ASSO CITY COUNCIL
MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
Tuesday, August 11, 1998
The Owasso City Council met in special session on Tuesday, August 11, 1998 in the Lower
Level Conference Room at City Hall per the Notice of Public Meeting and Agenda posted on
the City Hall bulletin Board at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 7, 1998.
ITEM 1: CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL.
Mayor Bode called the meeting to order at 6:36 p.m.

Denise Bode, Mayor
Mark Wilken, Vice Mayor
Melinda Voss, Councilor
ABSENT
Tracy Standridge, Councilor
Mary Lou Barnhouse, Councilor
STAFF
Jeff Hancock, City Manager
Sherry Bishop, City Treasurer
Robert Carr, Public Works Director
A quorum was declared present.
ITEM 2: DISCUSSION OF ISSUES OF IMPORTANT TO THE CITY OF OWASSO.
Several items were discussed. No action was taken on any item.
ITEM 3: ADJOURNMENT
Mr Wilken moved, seconded by Ms Voss to adjourn.

Motion carried 3-0 and the meeting was adjourned at 8:27 p.m.
