Call to Order
2. OBOA 20 -03 - Minor Administrative Variance Request - Consideration and
appropriate action related to a request for approval of a variance to reduce
the required 20' rear yard building line to 18 "10" at the northeast corner of
the structure for property located at 10301 North 99th East Avenue (Lot 13,
Block 1, Cottages at Mingo Crossing), Owasso, OK. The property is zoned PUD
17 -02, with the underlying zoning of RS -3 (Residential Single- family).
