HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE NO. 38ORDINANCE NUMBER 38 An Ordinance adopting the revised ordinances of the town of owasso, oklahoma to be knows as revised ordinances of the town of owasso, oklahoma, 1933, defining offenses, preserving penalties for violations, all other ordinance amount special acts and declaring an emergency. Be it ordained by the board of trustees of the town of owasso, oklahoma as follows: Section I. That the revised ordinance number 1 through 38 including this ordinance, consisting of pages now on file with the town clerk of the town of wasso, be and the same are hereby adopted and enacted as the revied ordinance of the town of owasso, oklahoma effecting as hereinafter before; Section II. All ordinances and parts of ordinance in effect on the date of passing this ordinance which are not included in the revised ordinances above set forth are hereby repealed, this ordinance alcuae does not include and shall be extened or interpretd to include any excial ordinance, acts, ordinances or resolutions. Section III. The repeal of any ordinances repleaed by this act shall not be constured to impair, modify or alter any right or claim not existing under such repealed ordinances. Section IV. It being immediately necessary for the preservation of the public pease, health and safety, an -54- emergency is hereby declared to exist by reaseon, whereof, this ordinance shall take effect and be of full force and affect from and after its passage and approval by the Board of Trustees.
