AN ORDINANCE ESTABLSHING A SYSTEM OF LICENSING FOR
THE TOWN OF OWASSO, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, DEFINING THE
BUSINESS AND OCCUPATION SUBJECT TO THE ORDINANCE,
PRESCRIBING THE AMOUNT OF LICENSE FEE AND METHOD OF
COLLECTION; DELEGATING POWER TO THE TOWN CLERK FOR
THE ISSUANCE OF LICENSES AND COLLECTION OF FEES;
PRESCRIBING RULES AND REGULATIONS; PROVIDING PENALTY
FOR VIOLATIONS; PROVIDNG SERVERABILITY; REPEALING
CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
It being necessary for the preservation of
the public health and safety, an emergency is
hereby declared to exist and this ordinance to
take effect immediatley upon approval.
Passed and adopted and the emergency clause
voted upon and passed seperately this 25th day of
June, 1956.
