As such, assigning the subject property a zoning designation of CS to the southern portion and RM to the northern portion would be in accordance with Land Use Master Plan. • The subject property is currently unplatted and has a large 130 - foot -wide power line easement running diagonally across the eastern portion of the property. • The City of Owasso will provide police, fire, ambulance, and sanitary sewer services to the subject property. Water service would be provided by Washington County Rural #3. • Upon rezoning of the property, the applicant would need to submit a Planned Unit Development application for the RM portion of the property along with preliminary and final plats for all of the property. • All development that occurs on the subject property shall adhere to all subdivision, zoning, and engineering requirements of the City of Owasso. PLANNING COMMISSION: The Owasso Planning Commission voted 3 -0 to recommend approval of the rezoning case OZ 21 -09 at their regular meeting on December 13, 2021.
