The meeting agenda was posted at the west entrance to City Hall on the 15th day of
December, 2021 at 10:00 AM.
CALL TO ORDER
2. OBOA 21 -04 - Minor Administrative Variance Request - Consideration and
appropriate action related to a request for approval of a variance to allow the
northeast building corner to extend into the north 25 foot building setback by 1.7
feet for property located at 13496 East 1061h Street North, Owasso, OK. The
property is zoned CS (Commercial Shopping).
Mr. Dempster called the special meeting to order at 4:00 PM. A notice was
posted in the Owasso Reporter on December 15, 2021 and notices were sent to
all property owners within three hundred (300) feet of the subject property. A
representative for the applicant was present to answer any questions. No
opposition was present.
Mr. Dempster approved the minor administrative variance request.
3. OBOA 21 -05 - Minor Administrative Variance Request - Consideration and
appropriate action related to a request for approval of a variance to allow the
encroachment into the building line for property located at 9900 North 1 14th East
Avenue, Owasso, OK The property is zoned RS -3 (Residential Single - Family).
A notice was posted in the Owasso Reporter on December 15, 2021 and notices
were sent to all property owners within three hundred (300) feet of the subject
property. The applicant was present to answer any questions. Kyle Nagy (9902
North 114th East Avenue) and Chestine Ivery (11402 East 99th Street North) were
present in order to find out if the variance request would affect their properties.
Mr. Dempster explained that it would not affect their properties in any way.
Mr. Dempster approved the minor administrative variance request.
4. Adjournment - The meeting was adjourned at 4:08 PM.
