Main (west side) at 1 1:OOam on November 3, 2021. ITEM 1. CALL TO ORDER Tim Miller called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. ITEM 2. Flag Salute ITEM 3. Roll Call PRESENT Dr. Loving Tim Miller Chad Balthrop David Vines A quorum was declared present STAFF: Brian Dempster Karl Fritschen Julie Lombardi Alexa Beemer Marsha Hensley ABSENT Jeri Moberly ITEM 4. Recognition of Planning Commissioner's service for Mr. Abhijeet Utturkar and Dr. Paul Loving for serving as Chairperson since 2013. ITEM 5. Presentation of the Character Trait of the Month - Respect ITEM 6. Approval of Minutes from October 11, 2021 Regular Meeting. The Commission reviewed the minutes. Dr. Loving moved, seconded by Mr. Balthrop to approve the minutes from the October 11, 2021 Regular Meeting. A vote on the motion was recorded as follows: YEA: Dr. Loving, Mr. Vines, Mr. Balthrop, Mr. Miller NAY: None Motion carried 4 -0. ITEM 7. OZ 21 -07 -10927 East 1061h Street North - Consideration and appropriate action to the request for the review of a rezoning from AG (Agriculture) zoning to CS (Commercial Shopping) and RM (Residential Multi - Family) zoning. The property is approximately 10.0 acres and is located at 10927 East 106th Street North, Owasso, OK. Ms. Beemer presented the staff report. The location was described. The Technical Advisory Committee reviewed this request at the October 20, 2021 meeting. Staff recommends approval of the Rezoning request. A representative for the applicant was present to answer any questions or address any concerns.
