Call to Order Chair Bill Bush called the meeting to order at 7:55 pm. 2. Roll Call Present Absent Chair - Bill Bush Trustee - Lyndell Dunn Vice Chair- Kelly Lewis Trustee - Alvin Fruga Trustee - Doug Bonebrake A quorum was declared present.
