NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA, THAT TO WIT: SECTION 1. A tract of land lying in Lot 7, Block 1 of ROC Owasso and Lot 1, Block 1 of ROC Owasso II, additions to the City of Owasso, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 7, BLOCK 1; THENCE N88 051'47 "E ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 7 AND LOT 1, FOR A DISTANCE OF 218.00 FEET; THENCE SO] 025,30"E FOR A DISTANCE OF 491.04 FEET; THENCE S88049'38 "W ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1, BLOCK 1 FOR A DISTANCE OF 218.00 FEET; THENCE NOlo25'29 "W FOR A DISTANCE OF 491.18 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. All ordinances or parts of ordinances, in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict only. SECTION 3. If any part or parts of this ordinance are deemed unconstitutional, invalid or ineffective, the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 4. The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days from the date of final passage as provided by state law. The subject property is approximately 2.46 acres in size, and is zoned Office (0) and Commercial Shopping (CS). The property encompasses a portion of Lot 1, Block I of the ROC Owasso 11 final plot and all of Lot 7, Block I of the ROC Owasso final plat. The applicant is requesting a rezoning to Commercial Shopping (CS) for the entirety of the property.
