The meeting agenda was posted at the west entrance to City Hall on the 16th day of
April, 2020 at 11:00 AM.
CALL TO ORDER
2. OBOA 20 -03 - Minor Administrative Variance Request - Consideration and
appropriate action related to a request for approval of a variance to reduce the
required 20' rear yard building line to 18.10' at the northeast corner of the structure
for property located at 10301 North 99th East Avenue Lot 13, Block 1, Cottages at
Mingo Crossing).
Mr. Dempster called the special meeting to order at 4:00 PM. A notice was
posted in the Owasso Reporter on April 8, 2020 and notices were sent to all
property owners within three hundred (300) feet of the subject property. No
opposition was present.
Mr. Dempster approved the minor administrative variance request.
3. Adjournment - The meeting was adjourned at 4:05 PM.

17 -02, with the underlying zoning of RS -3 (Residential Single- family).
