Ave., Final Plat. OWASSO PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING Thursday, January 26, 1988, 7:00 p.m. Owasso City Hall, 207 S. CALL TO ORDER - Chairman Ray Haynes called the meeting to order at 7:04 p. m. 2. ROLL CALL - Chairman Haynes called the roll of members pre- sent. 3. MINUTES OF DECEMBER 15, 1988 - The Commission reviewed the Minutes of December 15, 1988. Motion was made by Pat Imbriano and seconded by Charles Willey to approve those Minutes as writ- ten. A vote on the motion was recorded as follows: Ray Haynes - Yes Pat Imbriano - Yes Charles Willey - Yes the motion carried. LOCATION OF A PUBLIC FACILITY 4. Recommendation on the location of a Library at the Northwest corner of Main and Broadway or the Northeast corner of Main and 1st Avenue Richard Hall discussed a recommendation of The Library Site Selection Advisory Committee with the Planning Commission. The Commission discussed the sites investigated by the Committee and the recommendation of the Owasso Comprehensive Plan. The Commis- sion discussed the location of the library near a school. The Commission took no vote or action on the matter. CLOSING OF AN EASEMENT 5. Recommendation on the closing of an easement on Lot One (1) of Block One (1) of the Clark Plaza Fourth, an addition to the City of Owasso, Tulsa County Oklahoma, also described as 11815 East 86th Street North (the former K -Mart building) Owasso Planning Commission Minutes of January 26, 1989, Page 2 Chairman Haynes introduced the matter and Richard Hall explained the easement closing request. Larry Szymkowiak of Scrivner, Inc. spoke for the request and answered questions of the Commission. Motion was made by Pat Imbriano and seconded by Charles Willie to recommend that a new 10 foot wide public ease- ment be dedicated within the exclusive Public Service Company easement and that the existing 15 foot wide public easement be closed as requested by the applicant on Lot One (1) of Block One (1) of the Clark Plaza Fourth addition to Owasso. A vote on the motion was recorded as follows: Ray Haynes - Yes Elwood Henry - Yes Pat Imbriano - Yes Charles Willey - Yes the motion carried. 6. DISCUSSION OF DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY IN THE CITY OF OWASSO - Richard Hall informed the Commission and answered questions about building construction around the city. The Commission took no action or vote on the matter. 7. NEW BUSINESS - Elwood Henry submitted a letter of resignation to Chairman Haynes who read it aloud. The letter requested that the resignation become effective immediately. 8. ADJOURN - Motion was made by Pat Imbriano and seconded by Charles Willey to adjourn the meeting. Acreage 8.5581 acres Number of Lots 1 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL This subdivision checklist, or a revised list, shall accompany a Plat proposed for final release by the City Council of the City of Owasso. All conditions noted shall be fulfilled before the plat shall be considered for approval by the Owasso City Council. It is the responsibility of the subdivider, developer and plat engineer that all Owasso Subdivision regulations and the condi- tions listed below are satisfied. Only the numbered conditions pertain to this particular subdivision. Once the conditions are satisfied, those that are noted with an "A" shall be initialed by the City Engineer, those noted with a "B" shall be initialed by the Building Inspector, those noted with a "C" shall be initialed by the City Planner, and those noted with a "D" shall be ini- tialed by other authorities as shown. 1 Utility easements shall meet the approval of the utility companies. Coordination will be required, particularly if an underground facility is planned. Show additional easements as required. D Natural Gas Company D Service Company D Southwestern Bell Telephone D City of Owasso DTulsa Cable Television 2 A Paving and drainage plans shall be approved by the City of Owasso. 1 3 A Drainage system study, including the boundaries of the 100 year flood calculated on the basis of 100% or full up- stream urbanization, shall be approved by the City of Owasso. a A Water and sewer plans shall be approved by the City of Owasso. 5 A Sewage disposal, the method and plans therefore, shall be approved by the Tulsa City- County Health Department. 6 A Building pad elevations shall be placed on each lot on a copy of the final plat prior to recording the plat. Said copy shall be submitted to the City Engineer. 7 A Sidewalks shall be provided along both sides of all streets in all zoning categories except industrial in accordance with Ordinance number 182, Article III, Section 3. 8 A & C Access points (or access to the tract) shall be approved by the City of Owasso and shown on the plat accordingly in an appropriate location. 9 C Complete dimensions shall be shown on all lots, streets, building lines, easements, etc. 10 C All Subdivision Regulations shall be met, including provisions of Appendix A and Ordinances 182 and 233, and all other amendments prior to release of final plat. 11 D Subdivison must meet the requirements of the Owasso Fire Marshal.
