The Owasso Planning Commission met in a. rigulerly scheauled session on
Thursday, October 23, 19b9.

read and approved. There was no old business.

the 100 ear plan or the avermgs of the two highest flood marks
recorded in this area.. John suge,estea we use the 1dO year plan based on
the Corps of hngineers figurss; horever, Alt.n st,ted he would size to see
the bO year plan he unaerstands is used b;j Tulsa.
It was agreed that a letter should be presented to our Council advising
that the Plannin- Commission won't bs able to consider any further
development or zoning of land below the 593.7 ft. elevation, until the
Council provides the necessary tools to determine blood Plain. Bob Peel
presented the motion, seconded by Tom Rikxola. Approved.
L. M. Soz:olosky presented a sxetch of proposed plans for a. commercial
development which he is considering having annexed. The plans also
included two tentativoly proposed multi- f'amiiy dwellin;s in approxi-
mately the same vicinity.
