- j The Owasso Planning Commission! met in a regularly scheduled meet-
ing December 16, 1971.

Chairman Alan Anderson called the meeting to order. Minutes of the
previous meeting were not read. Chairman Anderson presented the
report of the Technical Advisory Committee on the Plot Plan as
presented by Clarence Brooks and his advisor, bark Boone. It was
recommended that NIr. Brooks have an engineer write a correct des-
cription of the land to be zoned before publication. The plans
need to be drawn up in Plat form, they should show the property
in relationship to surroundigg properties, hour it is zoned, etc.
John Groth moved the Public nearing on Clarence Brooks' property
be set for Jan, 13, 1972 at 7:30 p.m., providing necessary ad-
vertising requirements are met and signs posted. Guy iianning seconded.
Motion Approved.
John Groth moved the Planning Commission submit a letter of recommendation
to the Board of Trustees revising Ordinance Plumber 116 bhanging all section.
which refer to a 15 day time lapse'.to fourteen (14) days. Guy Manning
1 seconded the motion. Approved.
The Chairman presented a letter from the Board of Trustees asking
for comment from the Commission on a subdivision being planned on a
42 -acre tract owned by Mr. Bill Thomas. It was agreed that the OUA
could reasonably consider providing sewer and water service to this
tract subject to the following conditions:
(1) That the "10,000.00 lump sum payment offered to the Town by
the developer is sufficient to allow the Owasso Utilities
Authority to improve the lift stations and stop the ground
infiltration into the present setter line.
(2) The OUA should not consider providing sewer services to any
subdivision without also providing water services, providing
the water lire is available, as it is in this instance.
(3) The developer will be required to comply with all of the city
codes and subdivision regulations for the Town of Owasso.
(4) That the water and sewer line will be put into the subdivision
at one time.
(5) That it be understood the Owasso Utilities Authority would
still charge the individual lot owners the normal sewer
connection fee and hater tap fee for the available services.
Sharonell Stevens moved for adjournment. Guy Manning seconded the
