M11�171,7�an t3D;t! 93 !`' BOX 119 OWASSO, OKLA. 74055 Owasso manning Commission Owasso, Oklahoma 74055 March 15, 1972 Res final plat review - Ator Heights Third Addition Gentlemen: The Technical Advisary Committee of the Owasso Planning Commission held a meeting at 3 :00 P.M. this date to discuss the final plat of Ator Heights Third Addition, It is recommended the Final Plat be approved, subject to the following conditions: (1) Covenants must include right -of -way easement along th6 north side of said property for overhead electric utility lines. (2) Developer must provide a screening fence between the commercial property and the residential property. (3) That 16th Street and 19th Street will tie into the Mingo Valley Expressway. (4) That a head wdll will be provided where the 60 inch Storm Sewer empties onto the Oklahoma State Highway Department Right -of -way. (5) That the developer "rip -rap" the bottom and slopes of the channel cut accross the Oklahoma State Highway Department Right -of -way. Cross section of the channel to be provided. (6) Require a 12 inch water line along 86th street to the city water line, with a plugged T coupling where it ties into the addition. (7) Require an 8 inch water line from 86th Street North along Cedar Street to Fast 14th Street, then up East 14th Street -North MA Street to 19th Street. P. 0. sox. 3 Owasso, Oklahoma Attention: Mr. Kenneth Woods Dear Sir: In our telephone conversation you requested storm sewer discharge volumn of the storm sewer design serving Ator Heights Third Addition to the City of Owasso, Tulsa County, Oklahoma. The total discharge of storm sewer water is 191.7 cfs. This figure is based upon maximum rain fall of four (4) inches per hour using Talbot's runoff formula.
